| Rank | Minimum Requirements | Responsibilities and Comments |

| Initiate | Open | New to the guild or game. Everyone is welcome to join. |
| Associate | Level 4 | You have to have a paid account, have played for a minimum of 2 weeks and shown an interest in being part of the guild community. |
| Member | Level 7 | Played at least one month at Associate level, actively donates materials and helps with guild chores. |
| Kinsman | Pass 2 Tests | Been a Member for at least one month, Active in Guild Chores and Research donations. May be asked to help in running Guild events. |
| Fellow | 4 months as Kinsman | Will be responsible for leading guild events, research donations, and guild chores. Been active in the community and shown abilities to work well with others to get project finished. |
| Patriarch | Chosen by the Elders | Have made Kinship their main guild, is an active Mentor. Will be responsible for guild matters and upkeep of guild compounds along with the Elders. Organize and lead guild projects, and research. Be an example of what Kinship is about. |
| Elder | Chosen by the Elders | Responsible for keeping the guild running smoothly. Actively on a daily basis. Trusted, Loved, and Very active in all guild matters. |
