Intro
This is my second real attempt at ATitD. I played a little bit in Tale3, but got a bit frustrated that you had to have people judge your puzzle before you could learn to make a nail. I'm giving it another go.
I guess I'll start working on my journal. That's probably a good idea.
I've been playing for a little bit now (though still in the free preview). But I'll start recording journal entries now, almost completely for my own amusement.
Important People
- LadyAyr: Always helps with herb identification.
- Alya: Helped me figure out this Wiki page.
- Raizh: Organized Stillwater. Started the first guild: Still Waters Run Deep (SWRD)
- Rafenim: Friend of mine. Also the only other person in my guild: ACME.
Links
Current Projects
- Need to grow 1 flax to maintain my CP.
- Take Principle of Architecture (I already meet the requirements.)

This was a very full day. I built our guild, ACME, which is just a 2 person guild for my friend Rafenim and myself. I found out that Raizh didn't promote me to Associate in SWRD, but that's ok. I'll talk to him about it later, since he has already told me he had no problem with it. I borrowed 27 papy seeds from SWRD and returned 100 seeds after I dried them. (I was shown where papy mountain is. Basically, it's a GIANT mountain where people have put public drying racks. I brought some wood and made my own drying racks, so I wouldn't monopolize the public ones, in case I let mine dry overnight.)
Anyway, I finally got all my dried papy, then made my basket. That, combined with my Slate Scythe allows me to use Rhythmic Strength! I was warned that sometimes it takes over 2k grass gathers to get a single point. I got ridiculously lucky, and got my first point at 100 gathers.
Finally, my CP was slowly degrading, and since I didn't know I could maintain it, my flax comb degraded to unuseability. Oh well, I'm working on maintaining it now. I just need one more flax, and soon, I'll have a paid account and just put a cornerstone on it.
Oh! I almost forgot. I successfully expanded my CP a lot. It's more than twice as big as it once was.

Got promoted by Raizh to Associate in SWRD. Mostly this just means that I'll be able to help the guild with projects. Messed with Pappy for the first time. Listen when they say to dry 20 at a time. I got 1 seed back from 24 pappy. I also was able to learn Project Management. I'm sure I'll put that to good use soon. But for now, I need to work on my dried pappy. I need 200 for my basket for Rhythmic strength.

I'm actually writing this section just to see how the wiki works. Also, I'm trying to figure out how other people made the table of contents before they're page. I'm testing now... Ok, didn't work. I have no idea how to make that Table at the beginning. It doesn't even look like there's any code for it on others'. I'll wait till I get home and log in and ask someone... Woot, Alya helped me. (You have to have at least 3 headings for it to work.)
So now, I just finished making the 6 rope for Project Management. Luckily, I accidentally won 3 canvas a few days ago, so I can turn this in now. Also, I just made the blueprints to expand my CP, so now I'm gathering a LOT of stuff to expand that. I have a nagging feeling that that is going to be addictive, and I'm going to make a bigger and bigger CP. Hopefully, there's a maximum size.
While wandering around, I work to identify herbs and update the methods on the Bastet Foraging site. I need to remember to refresh the page before I reference it. I attempted to forage some herb, looked on the website and found that method 1 did not work. So I tried method 2. Didn't work, so I went to update the wiki. It turned out that methods 1,2,3, and 4 had already been proven not to work. I simply hadn't refreshed the page since the night before. Oh well, I'll learn as I go.
