This should allow you to carry through the quantity as well as the resource. It should probably get a template as well for the inline query, just to make it simpler for use on resource and building pages. Something similar to Template:RequiredBy most likely.
I don't know if I really want it listing in this order though, or if I should switch it to Quantity first and Number last (that'd have the number in parentheses rather than the page/item/building/whatever). Maybe I should make one that goes the other way too - ReqQty maybe? eh, thoughs, comments, whatevers.
