THE GOD KHEFRE FAVORS SAQQ & SW

Year 2, Akhet II-2, Saqqarah - Earlier today, a spokesperson for the Gods announced that Khefre has taken pity on the people of Saqqarah and Stillwater and has decided to move their Level 1 Scarab Gardens closer to the Chariot Stop in each region.

"The Saqqarah one is now located at 676, -859," the spokesperson said. "The Stillwater Garden will be moved once the Garden is empty of contestants.

With respect to the last statement, that means that the Stillwater Level 1 Garden needs more judges. BUG members and bug fans everywhere take note -- run, don't walk to your nearest Chariot Stop and gallop faithfully to SW. Their Garden is still located at 1730, 3760.

Meanwhile, Saqq citizens received the news of the new location for their Beetle Garden with glee. It is visible from the CS and a short walk across a field. This reporter thinks it won't be long before we'll be seeing Level 1 contestants erecting their beetle statues in Saqq.

* I am an older newbie, having played for several months in T1 and then again very briefly in T3. When I joined Bastet, right at the beginning of the shard, I had forgotten pretty much everything I had learned in the previous tellings, except how much I had loved fishing and beetles.
* The two of the three passions I have in this game are, not surprisingly, fishing and beetles. The other passion is people. These are not necessarily the right order :) I love to chat and am somewhat social. I enjoy passing tests, but talking to people and sharing with them, helping if I can, are more important than tests.
* Moderately competitive, I have sought the role of Demi-Pharaoh three times, the second of which I advanced as far as the finals before coming in third behind Daniels and Draim. * This guild was originally started to that my in-game husband Tuttom and my good friend XacVI and I could all talk together. At the very beginning of the game Xac and I built cp's close to each other. When I married Tutt, it became obvious that the three of us were going to be friends and needed someway to pull everything together. We named it Friends International because I am from Canada, Tutt is from Brazil, and Xac is from the U.S. Unfortunately, neither one of the guys were able to continue playing due to business and school pressures. Maybe in T5. However, I kept the guild running in case either of them comes back.

* This is a new guild for me and may be the Egypt-wide communication I have been looking for. There are business communication channels (B! which is monitored, RNN, Bazaar), but C2C seems to be for sharing and exchanging information on the game and just fun chat.

* Theopolis - Originally intended as an Egypt-wide communication channel for heads and leaders of guilds, it doesn't seem necessary anymore. So there it sits, a monument to forward planning that didn't come about. There may be a use for it yet :)

* I am an older newbie, having played for several months in T1 and then again very briefly in T3. When I joined Bastet, right at the beginning of the shard, I had forgotten pretty much everything I had learned in the previous tellings, except how much I had loved fishing and beetles.
* The two of the three passions I have in this game are, not surprisingly, fishing and beetles. The other passion is people. These are not necessarily the right order :) I love to chat and am somewhat social. I enjoy passing tests, but talking to people and sharing with them, helping if I can, is more important than tests.
* Moderately competitive, I have sought the role of Demi-Pharaoh three times, the second of which I advanced as far as the finals before coming in third behind Daniels and Draim.
