In it's current form, the Egyptian legal system does not compensate for the needs of most Egyptains, and therefore, requires reform. In this respect, an entirely new legal system is proposed, to in the seven pillars that follow:
 +
 +
== Pillar One ==
 +
 +
º The "Demi-Pharaoh" will no longer be in existance. Instead, a panel of seven judges, elected by the citizens of Egypt, will exist. Known as "The Supreme Panel",the Judges will preform a different role than the Demi-Pharaoh, and expectations will be placed upon which seven judges will be elected. Accordingly, the "Test of the Kingmaker" will be changed to the "Test of the Supreme Panel".
 +
 +
== Pillar Two ==
 +

 +
º The current legal system, which is rulled by a single dictator, will be completely reformed. In this new system, a court will exist, with a Supreme Panel (described above) and a randomly chosen jurry of 14 (which will be selected before each session). In this court, cases will be tried.
 +
 +
== Pillar Three ==
 +
 +
º A "case", which the court will try, consists of two opponents each arguing their side on an arguement or issue. Each opponent may choose to be represented by an attorney, which is defined as a willing Egyptian who feels they can argue their client's view. If an opponent does not show up to their trial, the supreme panel has the power to move them to the court. If an opponent is unable to make it to a specified time, they may have their attorney argue their point for them whilst they are absent, or request another time. A request for another time may only be put in 2 times on the same case before an attorney will be chosen by the supreme panel to represent them.
 +
 +
== Pillar Four ==
 +

 +
º Each "trial", or session in which a jury, supreme panel, and case is present, will follow a specific format. In this format, opponents (or their chosen atourney) may call a "witness" (defined as a citizen who has seen the event in question, given that the case is over an event) to recall events. The goal of each opponent is to argue their case to the supreme panel. The supreme panel will decide on a case using information from opponents, and the decision of the jury.
 +
 +
== Pillar Five ==
 +
 +
º For a case to be rulled, the supreme panel must come to a majority vote on the case, which is defined as 5 of the 7 judges agreeing with a single side. If majority is not concieveable, then a case will be considered "null", and neither side will win.
 +
 +
== Pillar Six ==
 +
 +
º Upon a case rulling, the supreme panel will, if accepted by Andrew Tepper, take action. For example: In the extreme case that all of an accounts goods are taken, and the supreme panel decides on the side of the account which had its goods taken, objects will be returned to the original account (with approval of Andrew Tepper), and the opposing account will have diciplinary action taken against it (defined by the supreme panel).
 +
 +
== Pillar Seven ==
 +
 +
º After a rulling is reached on an issue, the decision will be recorded in a law booth as a case (For example: The Citzens of Egypt vs. Example). And will be treated as a law, for the court's rulling on an issue is equivalent to the passing of a law.

Proposition I

In it's current form, the Egyptian legal system does not compensate for the needs of most Egyptains, and therefore, requires reform. In this respect, an entirely new legal system is proposed, to in the seven pillars that follow:

Pillar One

º The "Demi-Pharaoh" will no longer be in existance.

Pillar Two

º The current legal system, which is rulled by a single dictator, will be completely reformed. In this new system, a court will exist, with a Supreme Panel (described above) and a randomly chosen jurry of 14 (which will be selected before each session). In this court, cases will be tried.

Pillar Three

º A "case", which the court will try, consists of two opponents each arguing their side on an arguement or issue.

Pillar Four

º Each "trial", or session in which a jury, supreme panel, and case is present, will follow a specific format.

Pillar Five

º For a case to be rulled, the supreme panel must come to a majority vote on the case, which is defined as 5 of the 7 judges agreeing with a single side. If majority is not concieveable, then a case will be considered "null", and neither side will win.

Pillar Six

º Upon a case rulling, the supreme panel will, if accepted by Andrew Tepper, take action. For example: In the extreme case that all of an accounts goods are taken, and the supreme panel decides on the side of the account which had its goods taken, objects will be returned to the original account (with approval of Andrew Tepper), and the opposing account will have diciplinary action taken against it (defined by the supreme panel).

Pillar Seven

º After a rulling is reached on an issue, the decision will be recorded in a law booth as a case (For example: The Citzens of Egypt vs. Example). And will be treated as a law, for the court's rulling on an issue is equivalent to the passing of a law.
