Scratch this for now, original format prevails, its called, '''you claim, you sac'''

1. Have fun.

1. Have fun.

2. Each team will consist of 3 people.
+
2. The people AT the fire have first dibs on sacs. The fire-watcher/caller will keep the list of participants at the fire, in a rotation list.  They will call the next person on the list, and tell you what your sac is.  If you are unable to do this sac within the 1 hour time, please say PASS immediately.  The caller will then go to the next person in the queue.

3. Each team will get 1 hour at a time on the fire unless no other team is signed up for the following hour.

4. There will ALWAYS be an elder on for emergencies.
+
3. If no one at the fire can make the sacc within an hour, the caller will then make the sac request in guild chat.  If no one is able to make this, it is the callers discretion to go to regional, see if available on Bazaar, or to use the guild emergency stocks.

5. Do not hover over the fire when your team is not making sacrifices.
+
4. Only fire-watchers and elders have access to the emergency stocks.

6. Play nice. When your team's shift is over do not dally for more sac's. Keep the list as short as possible during your shift, at the end of your shift clear the list and hand off the fire.
+
5. Play nice.

7. Each team will use main (NOT guild chat) to coordinate amongst themselves who will get the sac or who has the mats to do it. If you come across a request that nobody on the team can fill due to amount of current req (i.e. if it asks for 300 leather and each of you only has 200) please work together to combine your resources to get the sac made. If you still do not have enough (i.e. it asks for 300 leather and you each only have 20 left) please go to guild chat and ask if anyone has what is being requested.  If the timer hits 20 minutes and you have been unsuccessful in finding it on your own, please notify the supervising Elder so we can make arrangements for an emergency sac.
+
6. If you come across a request that nobody at the fire can fill, due to amount of current req (i.e. if it asks for 300 leather and each of you only has 200) please work together to combine your resources to get the sac made. If you still do not have enough (i.e. it asks for 300 leather and you each only have 20 left) please go to guild chat and ask if anyone has what is being requested.

8. Above all remember to have fun!.
+
7. If a participant has already passed the test, please request that they do NOT sac any items into the fire.  This can have negative impact on the scoring. Give the sac to someone that hasn't passed yet.

9. Our vigils are now 100% private, we will not go to E! or regional to try and obtain sacrifices however trading for sac requests using these channels is acceptable.
+
8. Above all remember to have fun!

10. Each Participant should have the following list in the amounts listed on the day of the vigil. (if there is something on this list you do not have or have access to please attempt to trade for it BEFORE the vigil, always check with fellow members first)

11. ALL participants will be required to donate to the emergency stock PRIOR to the lighting of the fire.

'''What you should stock up on before hand:''' This list is only a suggestion of things.  You don't need all of each of these to participate, but having each person try to have them on hand, will help in keeping the fire going.  Stock up on only what you can.  You are welcome to build your own chests or warehouses in the designated areas.

Due to lack of Elders for the Friday June 5th Vigil, we will forgo the Elder presence.  I am doing this on my own, so I am counting on all members to be honest and have integrity.  Your time and efforts are extremely appreciated.

Return to main Worship World Guild.

NEED VOLUNTEERS TO TEND THE FIRE

See the Scheduling section

Vigil

So you wanna burn all that stuff you've worked so hard to get huh? I'll make it easy for ya, I'll give you a list of do's and don'ts and how-to's all you'll need to do is follow them closely and you will pass your first worship test and get a bonus 10 barley on every full harvest.

There is a lot of conflicting information regarding vigil from several sources. Please do not let this abundance of information intimidate you. Everything you need to know you can find right here.

What to expect:

1.Burn lots of stuff.

2.Have lots of fun.

3.Burn lots more stuff.

4.Meet lots of people.

5.Burn even more stuff.

6.Get your acro on.

7.Burn yet more stuff.

8.Have lots more fun.

What we expect from participants.

1. Have fun.

3. If no one at the fire can make the sacc within an hour, the caller will then make the sac request in guild chat. If no one is able to make this, it is the callers discretion to go to regional, see if available on Bazaar, or to use the guild emergency stocks.

4. Only fire-watchers and elders have access to the emergency stocks.

5. Play nice.

7. If a participant has already passed the test, please request that they do NOT sac any items into the fire. This can have negative impact on the scoring. Give the sac to someone that hasn't passed yet.

8. Above all remember to have fun!

Participant Mats Needed

What you should stock up on before hand: This list is only a suggestion of things. You don't need all of each of these to participate, but having each person try to have them on hand, will help in keeping the fire going. Stock up on only what you can. You are welcome to build your own chests or warehouses in the designated areas.

CUT GEMS NEEDED PRE-CUT - any type of gem - fires have been calling for all sorts of cuts, but the most common cuts asked for are: Dalessi, Choronzon, Aiden Mask, Cats Eye, Corner Heart, Hexas Plate
