- Dig Cooperation Act  The gathering of the resources Medium Stones, cuttable stones, Gypsum and Bauxite(hereafter refereed to as "dig resources") require the cooperation of many individuals gathered together at one time and one place (a "dig"). Often these 'digs' have gathered these individuals for a specific purpose, be that a regional research goal, a specific guild building or to distribute equally among those who participated (by digging) in gathering these dig resources.
-  In the current state of things it is possible (legal) for any individual to gather the dig resources, without participating in the dig and distribute them to purposes other than the ones that the dig had set aside.
