The News and Announcements Boards are a moderated forum. Anyone can put anything here, but a wiki editor may edit it. Feel free to post whatever you want, editors approve anything as long as it's a news item.
The discussion page, however, is not moderated. You can freely comment on the news!
There is also a News Section on the forum. In ideal cases, any News item posted here should also be posted under the News and Announcements Forum, with a link to the back here or to the news subsection here.
