Use this page to communicate to the guild what you intend to build. Please understand that this does not mean you can reserve materials, as that would imply that the point system is pointless! In other words, members are not obligated to wait for you to finish collecting your materials, and there will be no consequence for contributing faster than someone else (the Test is based on time, after all). On the other hand, please respect others intentions to build as much as possible. This page is to be used as a courtesy towards each other. Remember, this is a team effort!
Group C and Beyond discussion
Catlyn had a good point about our strategy of building mini-towers to try and get carrot and onion towers. Her question was, is it worth eating up the capacity of the cistern with the mini-towers. This is a good question, so I did some math to see if this strategy is worth it or not. Below is a graph of our projected water use. This assumes each tower consumes 1440 points of water per day (according to the T2 wiki), and that we will have a 1MIL sized cistern. Current mini-towers = 14.
Number of towers | Water Use Per Day | How long the cistern will sustain water |
---|---|---|
53 (39 Normal Towers + 14 mini-towers = Current number of towers) | 76,320 | 1,000,000/76,320 = 13 days |
94 (80 Normal Towers, plus currently 14 mini-towers) | 135,360 | 1,000,000/135,360 = 7 days |
110 (80 Normal Towers, plus 30 total mini-towers) | 158,400 | 1,000,000/158,400 = 6 days |
So, in the end, adding another 16 mini-towers on top of our current 14 mini-towers, in an attempt to bring SA a carrot and/or onion bonus tower, will cost the cistern only 1 day of extra drainage once we are finished upgrading our cistern to 1 Million.

Build Order
Note: dresdor will most likely build last. Luscado has to contribute still, and will also be fit into the build order. Ping and Aolen are not building due to inactivity. Biker and Sweetnothing have also stopped playing the game.

Build Order w/ Final Points
Fractions were thrown out for those that split a pool of points. I assume those that split points can decide amongst themselves what they want the actual build order to be.

Please add a date to your entry.
Aplus/Cali
- tiles (not specifying a number but will have some for each category and will donate as burned) (05/11/09)
- have 3 OSM, 3 Night Granite and 2 Grey Star quarries up, just need a bit of gearbox work and a lot of quarrying.
--Cali 14:52, 11 May 2009 (EST)
Inkoaten
- 2500-3000/week of each of pinkish, greenish, yellowish tiles (7500-9000/week total)
- I am working some OSM and Night Granite quarries jointly with Numaris, for personal use. If I end up with extra and we still need marble, I can contribute that.
- Some route surveying data is here: User:Inkoaten/Survey
Working on another 25k bricks (which I'll put in another new warehouse by the pump location)About 10k bricks in a WH by the pump just in case, but we're OK for bricks now without them.Concrete with Numaris
--Inkoaten 09:46, 15 May 2009 (EST)
Catlyn
- Making Canvas and Tiles. I have two ovens which I'm burning on Sunday mornings. Looks like 5500ish tiles a week. 2700ish of the Yellow Green, the other oven is Black/White/Other.
Hitch/RosieRazor
- Working on concrete. Also burning tiles but only black/white/other. Also starting to play with gearboxes
