Membership and who can do what
Gemstar: (and BubbaHotep, ZTrooper and Berog)
- Anything that can be macro'd
- Once decent food is possible, can do some solo digs and such
- Eventually, spirits, essences, extracts
BalourHotho:

- currently can do boards, firebricks and bricks, eventually even manufacture linen, if really needed.
Yerbouti:

- Never seem to agree with others which tech we should work on; be convincing and I'll be your best worker :)
- Metal a a fall back, and things I haven't tried before.
