Elixir of Fertility is used on an empty Greenhouse to make that greenhouse begin producing more Elixir of Fertility as well as Essence of Fertility. The player must first "Turn under all plants."
It may also be used in a Kitchen to produce Breath of Isis with the Environmental Reclamation technology. Breath of Isis is used in Ownership Beacons to combat the harmful environmental effects of Fertility.
Elixir of Fertility was first introduced to Egypt by an Event.
