Tech Level template
Usage
This template will be handed a tech & a variable (level).
It's going to help determine what to do with techs that have more than 1 level to them.
IE: Obelisk Construction, Pyramid Construction, etc
Currently, the template/page that calls this template, does not weed out rank 0 techs (techs that you listed but haven't actually learned). I may change that though so that it doesn't bypass this level counting process here. Right now it's skipping this page if any number gets entered for most techs.
If you're looking into this template, you may notice that it's receiving 2 variables most of the time & 3 in the case of Pyramid Construction. At some point I might expand the calling template (and possibly this one) to handle cases where someone has opted to learn some of Pyramid Construction, but not all (though I can't imagine why you'd skip some of them when it's just a visit to a Uni to learn so if that's the case for you, it's up to you to remember which uni you didn't visit).
For now though, it shows all pyramid construction if you haven't learned all 7.
