Source
Lead ore can be found in several places in Egypt in the form of underground lead veins. These can be located using the Dowsing skill and a Dowsing Rod. Once a vein is found, ore can be extracted with the Ore Extraction skill after building a Mine on top of the vein.
Use
You can smelt Lead Ore in a Furnace to make Lead.
