common basil (citrus>clove)
Starting with musk scent, adding common basil: quality decreased until scent changed to pine at +2 db, from pine it changed to clove at +6 db common basil. I would say from this result that its possible to add a few db of herbs and not end up with the scent that the herb would achieve at +20 db. The scent seems to move through a range until you have so many db of herbs that you get closer and closer to the absolute scent of the herb. --mosen 20:49, 6 April 2009 (EST)
