Small Proposal for later...
Eventually the format we have here is going to lead to a... very scary long contents list. I propose that as research is finished, we change it to simply bolded as opposed to subsectioned. What do people think? ~TP

I'd suggest that we have a section under each uni for the list of completed techs, and move them there a while after they're unlocked. Then techs can stay in the menu for a week or three, so people can tell at a glance if it's open. The idea being, anyone should be able to tell the reason the tech isn't in the menu, which could be a) it's not available yet, or b) it was finished a while ago.
