Mosaic Vigil Information

Location: TBA

Goal: 200-300 sac vigil

Date: Tentatively, May 1st 2009. Light off will be in the afternoon.

• It takes approx 12-13 hours before a vigil really kicks in. Goal is to manage it within the guild for approx 20 hours, at that point, we will need to go public or close it down. First 5-6 hours can be managed easily by 1 person.

• We need to work in shifts for fire-tending or we will burn out. So, for starters, we need to know who would like to be involved:

Sac Info

Sac's are normally recorded, but for this 2nd one, I am not sure if it's necessary. Thoughts? Sacrifices are recorded Sac Tracking 2.

Supplies

Supply warehouse(s) are located next to the guild hall and slightly uphill from the project warehouses.

Supplies needed (this is a basic idea, not exact numbers--don't worry too much, will just pull together what we can, the numbers listed are hopes, not absolutes) Some of this is easy and we already have it in camp. The rest, we need to try and gather.
