Aphenro's Beetle Taxonomy

Came up with this to help me sort through my beetles. An added benefit is that I can quickly identify any new beetles in my terrariums. By spending a little time I can quickly sort through my beetles and determine the keepers and mulchers.

Colour Numbers: 0 Black / Dull 1 Silver 2 Red 3 Orange 4 Yellow 5 Brown / Normal 6 Green 7 Blue 8 Purple 9 White / Bright

Usage: {Symbol}{### }{Verbiage}

Identifying number begins with one of the 4 symbols at the top of the page. This is followed by three colour numbers indicating; background colour, the most prevalent colour in the pattern; the second most prevalent colour in the pattern. Then a space and whatever identifying text you like.

In cases of solid colours the second number repeats the first and then 0/5/9 to indicate dull/normal/bright.
