Worship Initiation for Meroe on Bastet Shard ONLY

Principles of Worship

Note: Both persons should get a popup after the Ritual of Initiation stating the ritual has begun, or a popup stating it has failed for some reason.

Note: Both persons should get a popup after each offering. Do not proceed with the Incantation until you have received this.

Note: Both persons should get a popup after each incantation. Do not proceed to the next step unless you have gotten this.

Note: Cut and paste the exact phrase without quotes into your main chat box to avoid typos

Note: Keep an eye on the checklist tab to make sure you have completed each step along the way before you go on to the next.

Note: If at any time you fail in a step you both need to let the ritual expire. Then return to the UWorship and ask to start it again.

Step 1 - Ritual of Initiation

Location: Common Altar at approx 334 -3640

Jack 1. Aspirant #1 places a Small Diamond on the altars' left pillar.

Jill 2. Aspirant #2 places a piece of Twine on the altars' right pillar.

Jack 3. Aspirant #1 meditates on the altar.

Note: Take back the Diamond and Twine when finished.

Note: Jack begins running west into the desert as fast as possible

Note: Jill runs towards SBody via the little lake between UArch and SBody

Step 2 - Horus

Location: Anywhere

Jack * Horus Offering: Bow Down (the bless emote, not the bow emote)

Jill * Horus Incantation: " Praise Horus, King of Egypt! "

Step 3 - Isis

Location: Anywhere you can

Jack * Isis Offering: Plant a bed of Flax

Jill * Isis Incantation: " Praise Isis, whose seed is forever fertile! "

Step 4 - Amun

Location: Anywhere

Jack * Amun Offering: Eat a meal of Grilled Fish

Jill * Amun Incantation: " Praise Amun, who gives us reason to celebrate! "

Step 5 - Ra

Location: Jack - Deep desert, change camera to F8 F8, and pan back all the way. There should be no grass in view.

Jack * Ra Offering: Light a Ritual Torch in Deep Desert

Jill * Ra Incantation: " Praise Ra, of the Blazing Eye! "

Note: Jack begins running back to the common altar after this via the mine in step 8.

Step 6 - Bastet

Location: Jill - Northeast shore of lake at approx. 586 -3528

Note: You want to place the milk on a grass spot that meets the water, not on dirt.

Jill * Bastet Offering: Place Camel Milk in a Grassy Field near Water

Jack * Bastet Incantation: " Praise Bastet, who teaches grace and elegance! "

Note: Pick up the camel milk when finished.

Step 7 - Thoth

Location: Jill - SBody at approx 661 -3488

Jill * Thoth Offering: Learn a new skill (Carving 3)

Jack * Thoth Incantation: " Praise Thoth, the Magician who created Science! "

Note: Jill begins running back to the common altar after this.

Step 8 - Osiris

Location: Eclypse - Mine at approx. 313 -3592

Jack * Osiris Offering: Drop a Beetle into a Mine

Jill * Osiris Incantation: " Praise Osiris, who was Reborn like the Scarab! "

Step 9 - Closing Ceremony

Location: Common Altar at approx 334 -3640

Jack 1. Aspirant #1 places a piece of Twine on the left pillar.

Jill 2. Aspirant #2 places a Water in Jugs on the right pillar.

Jack 3. Aspirant #1 meditates on the altar.

Note: Take back the Twine and Jug when finished.
