Regional Resource Protection Act
Each region attracts players with similar styles of play, some competitive, some cooperative, some power gamers and some more casual. In order to protect regional resources so competitive power gamers do not overtake and monopolize a region that prefers a different play style by usurping all their resources when Raelic ovens come out, this law requires that only residents of a region can build an oven in that region.
Residents of a region are defined as someone who a) has a compound with a cornerstone in the region and b) that compound is defined in navigation as their home destination.
If an oven owner leaves the regoin (removing the coernerstone or resettting their home locagtion) in 7 days all ovens they own in that region become publicly owned and usable by all members of the region in perpetuity.
This law does not prevent large and powerful guilds from setting up temporary home locations to dominate the oven reseources of a less aggressive region, but it will hopefully slow them down enough to prevent the complete monopolization of oven sites by non-residents.
