The Wood Plane is a basic building. It is used to cut wood into boards. The Wood Plane uses stone blades to cut wood; these break frequently and must be replaced with new blades.

This building becomes available once you're learned the Carpentry skill.
Cost
- 4 Slate
- 1 Stone Blade
Built "outside" (Self > Projects).
Repair Cost: 1 Stone Blade
Notes
- On average (over the long haul), you can get ~8 boards per blade.
- A Carpentry Shop equipped with a Carpentry Blade is the next step up in board making.
