Right now, the skills pages are mostly at the root level ("Pottery"). However, there are also some that were created as subpages under Skills ("Skills/Pottery"). We should settle on one method and make sure everything is consistent. I think keeping it flat would be best, in line with the other large topics (techs, resources, buildings, etc.) That may mean coming up with a standard for guide pages that want to use the same name, however.
