Format
Please add your ovens with the format of their location (twice), Hue, Saturation. If you don't know the hue/saturation please take the time to post the RGB value of the oven as it's cooking (preferably while it's near the middle of the cook not while it's white or black). Then add the oven to the table bellow. Example oven added.

Hue/Saturation and raw color data
The examples I've looked at so far seem to indicate that ovens go through a range of saturation values over a run (hue stays fairly constant), so I think the above table tries to collapse the data down too much. We should start from the raw data, at least - measure color values across the whole run. I have a page with some notes on this: User:Inkoaten/Raeli Colors. --Inkoaten 06:59, 5 April 2009 (EST)
