A type of container, the Small House is the next step up from a tent.
Any one Avatar may not have more than one House at any given time (attempting to build another will notify you of the location of the existing one). If you want to move your house, you must tear the original one down.
You may guild a Small House, but cannot tranfer its ownership to another player (except by DPPRA).
There does NOT seem to be an option to recover ownership of your Small House after you've contributed it to a guild. Unlike a tent, which may be recovered by its builder.
Can hold up to 60,000 bulk (Tale4 confirmed) of almost any resources.
