The Shabbat Ab Dowsing Party is a common board where anyone can put up the results of Dowsing in Shabbat Ab and surrounding areas. Currently the map is based on +2 Perception, which means you must eat Grilled Carrots to add to the map. When you dowse, check your main chat to see what you've found. It may say sand, but if you hear the little magic sound, there's something there, but it is not resolvable at your perception level.
