So far my notes on cooking at level 1.

6 Dates, 1 Cabbage Juice = 1 Dex 1 spd 1 Perc.

6 Cobra Hood Shrooms, 1 Honey = 1 Spd 1 Per

6 Carrot Juice, 1 Dagger Leaf = 1 Str -1 Spd -1 Con 1 Foc 1 Per

6 Dates, 1 Daggerleaf = 1 Spd 1 Per

6 Mutton, 1 Daggerleaf = 2 Str 1 Dex -1 Spd -1 con

6 Mutton, 1 Dwarf Hogweed = -1 Dex 2 End -2 Per

Still working on more recipes. And will also work on cooking 2.
