Griefer Elimination Act
The following is designed to identify and eliminate from the game those who actively impede and annoy normal citizens of Egypt, as per following definition:
Definitions
Eliminate
By "eliminate" we mean suspension of account privileges for a period of a RL month. In addition, all in-game assets of "eliminated" player are forfeit, and subject to clean-up act, salvageable as per DAPC.
Griefer
A griefer is a person who is found to engage in the following behavior: Putting up buildings in the vicinity of other players solely for the purpose of annoying them or impeding their camp development. To qualify, said building must satisfy three of the following rules:
- 1. Be built after the cp in whose vicinity it appears.
- 2. Be placed in an inconvenient location for the cp owner, even though perfectly acceptable alternative locations are available.
- 3. Be blocking expansion of said cp.
- 4. Remain unused or untouched by the builder for an Egyptian week
- 5. Be located further from the builder's primary cp than the target owner's cp by a factor of 10.
- 6. If building is a mine, be a sand/quartz mine.
Judgement
