IMPORTANT: ANTS CAN DIE IN YOUR INVENTORY! THIS ONLY TAKES 5 MINUTES
From accounts it would seem that having fresh leaves in your inventory would stop this, as Malard was able to transport an ant all the way across regions
Obtaining
- Queen Ants are Obtained by examining plants.
- This option is not availible on wood bearing trees, cacti, or thorn-giving plants.
- The hotkey "E" will also accomplish this task.
Carrying an Ant
Once you have caught a Queen Ant it will die if you do not have Fresh Leaves on you. Also if you are carrying a Queen Ant and you have for example Fresh Leaves (week 34) on you and the week in game changes to (week 35) then your Queen Ant will die also. The Fresh Leaves you carry must be from the current week.
Raising Ants
Myrmecology will allow us to raise them.
