Raeli ovens seem to have a hue and saturation values which depend only on the location of the oven. During the baking process, the tiles start at 100% luminosity (white) and run through the colors the oven's hue and saturation will allow, until they end up at black (0 luminosity).

Oven data

You'll get the best data if you wait till the oven reaches about 50% luminosity. You can grab RGB values by using Color Cop and then convert them to HSL by using this online converter.
