This guild is for the mutual benefit of it's members, aiming to provide common resources, and share the effort of major projects,as well as providing a sense of community,and facilitating friendships. To enable multiple simultaneous conversations between guild members,and in recognition of the diversity of languages and interests, which are a strength of the guild, it is anticipated that sub guilds will exist. It is also acknowledged that not all members will be able to give the same time to the game, and have differing specialities and priorities with in it. In the light of these considerations the follow guild guidelines are proposed: 1) Whilst members are welcome to have their own compound, and personal effects, they are encouraged to ensure that for each building they plan there is a guilded one in existence, and if not to propose it's construction and contribute to it's development. 2) Guild goals and projects may be proposed by any member. For major projects, once they have the agreement of 3 other members, they should be posted in the guild webpage for consultation. Once projects have been accepted dedicated storage facilities will be designated, into to which materials for that project may be donated. Materials may not be withdrawn from these for other purposes. 3) Resources and general stored materials are there to be shared, members should, on balance, contribute to these resources to a greater extent than their use of them. They are not necessarily expected to replace like with like, utilising their specialist skills as appropriate."
