I know that I've given the members of the bureau more freedom than executives use to give (I've been in other bureaus), that the bureau is growing more than expected and that increases the risk of a seize. But I'll rather run that risk than have members that are puppets without will. I don't say who to hire, I only want to be told first and reserve the right of some vetoes.
