I would like to open a discussion about the que jumping. If anyone has suggestions, please post here. It seems the Nigerian Businessmen Guild are the culprits. Not sure if this is true in other regions, but definetly happening in Stillwater. Anyone that would like to donate obi mats to our Guild Warehouse please do so. Asum now has to rebuild for the 3rd time.

I had a chat with DocSinister from Nigerian Businessmen. He is the most recent jumper. I have copied the chat for anyone wanting to see.

Layla: Hello Layla: I am wondering if u would like to join our Obelisk Que here in SW? Or are u purposefully building to spite our que? DocSinister: Layla, if I were to join your queue, what spot would I end up in? Layla: u would have to join at the end...i know it will be a long wait, but the way u are doing it is making it longer for all Layla: by then other obi types will be out DocSinister: What is the queue up to? Layla: if u build out of que, people in que will just rebuild Layla: u can see que here http://www.atitd.org/wiki/tale4/Stillwater_Desert_Obelisk_Queue Layla: so it really slows down the que when someone jumps DocSinister: I'm aware of that Layla, but I'm disinclined to wait. My concern at this point is that I will end up having to build a L100 Obi. If that is the case, I would just as soon get it over with sooner rather than wait a month for everyone else. Layla: u will not pass. our guild is just going to rebuild everytime a jumper jumps the que Layla: do u want to keep rebuilding for nothing? DocSinister: Which is fine, but to be honest with you, I'm prepaired to keep building. Layla: as we are. Peace out. DocSinister: Of course, you realize that at some point the queue will become useless because history shows that people get discouraged after L70 and decide to queue for the next OBI type. Layla: that is fine, people are already waiting for next obi type DocSinister: Yes, I know. :) DocSinister: So rather than destroy the queue all together, you and I could come to an agreement and allow my obi to stand. DocSinister: Or better yet, I would be willing to decrease the size of my obi to a more reazonable level so that other are not hampereed. Layla: this we would consider, if not or the rest of your guild doing the same thing all over egypt Layla: how can we be sure other of your guild members will not come and do the same thing if we let u pass DocSinister: Actually, I am the only one doing this. This has nothing to do with my guild. Layla: i beg to differ Layla: u are not the first NB to jump our q Layla: and other regions complaining of same thing Layla: and the only que jumpers in our area have been NBs Layla: except for one honest mistake DocSinister: The rest of NB is currently waiting on the queue in ADN. Which is why I did not build there. Layla: hmm...let me talk this over with my guild. if we agree, u will decrease your obi size? DocSinister: However, I can not guarantee anything, so you can either continue this process till we have a 100 cubit OBI, or I can play nice, drop my obi down to say 25 and then everyone is happy. DocSinister: Absolutely. Layla: kk...let me get back to you. DocSinister: Ok. DocSinister: Layla, no rush here, but when can I expect to hear back on your guilds decision? Layla: we are still discussing it. one issue right now...the adn q does NOT have many NBs on it. Layla: some members of our guild a quite familiar with your guild and the havoc they create. Layla: and its a trust issue. DocSinister: I can guarantee that NB is not overly interested in the queue in SW. Hence the reason I am building there. DocSinister: Those that are interested in the OBI construction have forbiden me to build in ADN because they are planning on building in the ADN queue. Layla: all regions have a que, why should u be the one able to jump and pass? DocSinister: Hecne, I feel fairly confident in stating that if you and I can reach an agreement, NB will not be a factor. Layla: we have all been waiting our turn, why are u special? Layla: we just want things to be fair DocSinister: Because I'm willing to take the time to build the largest. Seeing as you are the only ones willing to stop me, then I think it behoves us to come to an agreement. Layla: ok doc...my guild has decided to continue the oneupping game. We do not trust u or your guild on your word. Sorry and may the best man win. DocSinister: No worries Layla. Tell me, what is the queue currently up to?
