I have been able to consistently pull 4 iron ore by using the following method. Start by clicking the odd color getting 3 ore. Continue clicking the odd color until the same crystal becomes odd twice in a row. Once you click that crystal the second time, pay attention to which crystal changed to the odd color. Click the same crystal a third time, at which point u will start getting 4 ore. Then start clicking the crystal that was PREVIOUSLY odd. Keep doing this, pulling 4 ore ea pull.
UPDATE: 5 ore, same as above, when another crystal becomes the same three times.
