Batch 1: 2305, 2825 50 dark malt at 1200 60 honey at 600 20 raw malt at 30 Close lid at 2050 Potent dry, beer, worked well
Batch 2: 2305, 2825 Same ingredients except for only 10 raw malt Closed at 1700 to get Y-48 and Y-34 Beer came out bitter (too much cinnamon)
