From A Tale in the Desert
Jump to navigationJump to search- Alloy Training: If you are having problems making alloys, I can travel to your camp and train you how to make them yourself. Just have a reactory and the materials needed for a few batches of either steel, brass or bronze. There is no fee for this. Chat me in-game if you want more information.
- Alloy Service: If you supply me with the materials, I'll can make alloys for you. Look up the approximate materials in the table below. Deliver these materials to my camp and I'll process them into alloys and then return the unused materials to you. There is no fee for this but I do keep the 'left over' alloys. What does that mean? Each time I make a batch of alloys,I wind up with a variable amount. If I plan on making a total of 100 steel, I might actually produce 103 steel before I'm done. I'd keep the 3 steel as my fee and you get to keep the 100 steel as well as any unused charcoal, resin and metals.
- Alloy Sales: If you don't want to make the alloys yourself and can't supply the materials, then I also sell them. The table below shows the point cost for each batch of 100 alloy. Look at the second table to find the point cost for things I'm currently buying. So, for example, if you wanted to buy 200 steel it would cost you 20 points. You could pay for this with any combo of items from the second table as long as they add up to at least 20 points. I can make alloys in smaller batches as well. All sales take place at my camp in Saqqarah (approx 700, -1650).

If you are ordering moonsteel and paying with one of the items in the following table, chat me beforehand to make sure I have enough antimony. I don't have an antimony mine and I'm often short of antimony. All of the alloys which use antimony are much more expensive due to this shortage. If you can supply the antimony needed to make the alloy, the price of the alloy will drop substantially.
