If someone shares a cicada cage location, that is playing by the rules and not a matter for a DP to start shaking a banstick. Make no mistake, it's designed to allow it Orrin: I dont mean like that Shu, if a serious DP candidate had to *think* whether 'gaming' exists, they really shouldnt be running for DP Orrin: The game itself rewards both honesty and dishonesty. The trick with dishonesty is not to get caught at it.
