Guilds/Worship World/Vigil
Vigil
So you wanna burn all that stuff you've worked so hard to get huh? I'll make it easy for ya, I'll give you a list of do's and don'ts and how-to's all you'll need to do is follow them closely and you will pass your first worship test and get a bonus 10 barley on every full harvest.
There is a lot of conflicting information regarding vigil from several sources. Please do not let this abundance of information intimidate you. Everything you need to know you can find right here.
What to expect:
1.Burn lots of stuff.
2.Have lots of fun.
3.Burn lots more stuff.
4.Meet lots of people.
5.Burn even more stuff.
6.Get your acro on.
7.Burn yet more stuff.
8.Have lots more fun.
What we expect from participants.
Scratch that for now original format prevails its called, you claim, you sac
1. Have fun.
2. Each team will consist of 3 people.
3. Each team will get 1 hour at a time on the fire unless no other team is signed up for the following hour.
4. There will ALWAYS be an elder on for emergencies.
5. Do not hover over the fire when your team is not making sacrifices.
6. Play nice. When your team's shift is over do not dally for more sac's. Keep the list as short as possible during your shift, at the end of your shift clear the list and hand off the fire.
7. Each team will use main (NOT guild chat) to coordinate amongst themselves who will get the sac or who has the mats to do it. If you come across a request that nobody on the team can fill due to amount of current req (i.e. if it asks for 300 leather and each of you only has 200) please work together to combine your resources to get the sac made. If you still do not have enough (i.e. it asks for 300 leather and you each only have 20 left) please go to guild chat and ask if anyone has what is being requested. If the timer hits 20 minutes and you have been unsuccessful in finding it on your own, please notify the supervising Elder so we can make arrangements for an emergency sac.
8. Above all remember to have fun!.
9. Our vigils are now 100% private, we will not go to E! or regional to try and obtain sacrifices however trading for sac requests using these channels is acceptable.
10. Each Participant should have the following list in the amounts listed on the day of the vigil. (if there is something on this list you do not have or have access to please attempt to trade for it BEFORE the vigil, always check with fellow members first)
11. ALL participants will be required to donate to the emergency stock PRIOR to the lighting of the fire.
What you should stock up on before hand:

Not for the fire
Carp shop blades
Tinder
Mats for 1 warehouse or 2-3 chests
Anything that is donated that is not used during the first vigil will be used in future vigils
Elders
Elder presence is required during all shifts of a vigil fire.
- Presence means online and within 5 minute run from the fire in the event of an Emergency.
- Preferably at least 1 sitting in with each group.
Elder on duty will make any and all emergency sac's unless that elder has passed then said elder may choose who gets the sac.
Scheduling
We need folks to volunteer to watch the fire and call the sacs. Hopefully, we can get all to volunteer for one 2-hour shift. Please see schedule below and sign up!!
