Competitive Spirit Law

In an effort to preserve the one-on-one competitive spirit inherent in conflict tournaments we, the citizens, request that:

A) All tournaments shall randomly match opponents who enter the Wepwawet Arena to participate and,

B) Wepwawet Arena is always open so citizens can use the gaming courts for risk-free practices at times convenient to them.
