2009-12-12 23:11:03 Asheara here.... warning apparently offereing vaults are huge, pease take this into consideration when planning where to built them and please don't ask to have them rotated, they won't turn.
The "front" of the vault (the end with the statue of a woman) naturally faces to the east.
Unconfirmed Information
After you complete the Offering Vault, the Vault can be used as storage up to 120,000. (Unconfirmed)
