Low-Level Structure Cleanup Act

During the early days of Egypt, and for new citizens of Egypt, many structures are built that are no longer useful to Egypt as a whole. These structures litter the land and in many cases actually cause the landscape to look unpleasant as well as causing lag.

The main culprits of this are: Wood Planes, Flimsy Brick Racks, Rotting Flax, Flax Combs, Small Distaffs.

This Act proposes that any of the above structure types, which has gone unused for 32 days or longer and is NOT inside a compound, may be torn down (or in the case of Flax, be "Gathered") by any Paid Account. When these structures are torn down (or flax gathered) and the resources for salvage are calculated (based on Salvage Techniques skill for structures and standard gathering for flax), the amount of resources left behind will be between 50 and 75 percent of the possible salvage amount.

This loss is due to some of the materials deteriorating due to time and lack of maintenance and in the case of the flax, it is due to the flax over-rotting.
