TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Please note that the open house events at eGenesis and all activities on
Saturday, Feburary 28th are included with your attendance at the Player Meet.
You should expect to pay separately for Phipps Conservatory (admission fee $10),
meals on days other than February 28th and beverages at no-host bars.

Friday, February 27th

12:00pm to 5:30pm

Lunch with Andrew Tepper (restaurant to be determined), followed by an open house with drinks and snacks at eGenesis. Tour the home of the Tale and harass the developers to your heart’s content.

7:00pm to 10:00pm

Qdoba Mexican Grill

Continue the party at this casual Mexican food spot where you’ll order food downstairs and bring it upstairs for a private party in the fully-stocked no-host bar. Fun & games with prizes. Please feel free to bring board or card games. Carcassone, Settlers of Catan and Go are already confirmed.

10:00pm until the wee hours

Drinks and further snacks at the hotel in hospitality rooms.

Saturday, February 28th

8:00am to 9:00am

Wyndham, in hospitality rooms

Stop by for continental breakfast before the meet conference begins. Coffee, tea, juices and breakfast pastries will be served.

9:00am to 11:30am

Wyndham Banquet Hall

Welcome by Andrew Tepper and formal discussion of Legacy Tests for Telling 4 (morning session).

Noon to 2:00pm

Joe Mama’s Italian Deluxe

Wander three blocks from the hotel for a private luncheon buffet and discussion of non-test items. Non-alcoholic beverages are included with the meal, but a fully-stocked no-host bar is available for those who want an early jump on the festivities.

2:30pm to 5:00pm

Wyndham Banquet Hall

Return to the conference for further discussion of Legacy Tests, techs and hints at more developments we can expect for this new telling (afternoon session).

6:00pm to 9:00pm

India Garden

Just a few blocks from the hotel, we’ll convene between 6 and 7pm for cocktails and drinks at the no-host fully-stocked bar with appetizers served at 6:30. Dinner, served at 7, showcases a wide variety of Indian specialties to satisfy every taste. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are included with the meal and the bar will remain open throughout the evening.

9:00pm to 12:00am

Sphinx Café and Hookah Bar

Immediately after dinner, we’ll head just a bit further down the block for a fabulous Egyptian experience that was the highlight of the gathering in 2006. Raise your fumeology knowledge with a sampling of hookah flavors and try Egyptian tea, coffee and juices. Minors (under 18) may not smoke, but may enjoy non-alcoholic beverages with the group. Bring-your-own-bottle allowed, with a $3 corkage fee per bottle. We understand this corkage fee may be waived for our group and will try to have this confirmed.

Sunday, March 1st

Informal brunch

Informal brunch, Wyndham Hotel’s Terranova Restaurant

Hotel check-out is at noon, but you may store your luggage at the front desk and take the hotel shuttle to Phipps. Yes, there will be a return shuttle.

11:00am to 1:00pm

Phipps Conservatory & Botanical Garden

Less than a mile from the hotel, walk into a different world and experience lush warmth and scents as you tour the halls of this glass domed treasure. Journey through a tropical jungle with a cascading waterfall to a formal Victorian garden, an arid desert landscape and enjoy the spectacular Orchid Show. For those with an interest in the greener side of Egypt, we will discuss some of the exciting developments planned for this telling. The Conservatory has a lovely café for a glass of wine and a light meal or a hot beverage and pastry.

2:00pm to 6:00pm

Open House, eGenesis

Die-hard attendees get another shot at touring the home of the game. Those who are left at the end of the day can decide where to go for dinner.

Evening

Drinking will undoubtedly continue into the wee hours for those staying on until Monday.
