Anyway! I want to work on a passthrough template since I'm having a hard time making the missing tech template

Usage

This template will be handed a tech & a variable (level).

It's going to help determine what to do with techs that have more than 1 level to them.
IE: Obelisk Construction, Pyramid Construction, etc

I warn you now, I have not fully thought this one out so... this project could go a full week instead of just a weekend. Which seems likely since the weekend is about over =/
