Right now, we need to take a headcount and also more importantly plan our route. We also need time to gather up tithes. Ideally we should all log in on the day of the test attempt and be ready to hit the ground running.

The dates below are tentative. Please provide input either live in guild chat or at the bottom of this page.

Planning Meeting

We are meeting on Friday February 28 at 8pm EST. This meeting will be mainly to plan our route, our time of attempt, and to make a grocery list of tithes needed. At this point we may break up certain commodities among certain members for better efficiency.

Tithe Harvest

We will be gathering tithes all day Saturday, February 29 all day. While it may be helpful for some people to be on at the same time to help each other with certain tasks, it is not required. Any organization on this day will be ad hoc.

Test Attempt

We will be attempting the test on Sunday, March 15, time 4:00pm EST. Please be on time and have the test started.

  • What I can supply (going on Adn shrines listed on map of shrines): barley (380 current stock), cuttable stone (~140 current stock), rotten flax (~100 current stock, easy to get)

  • I can supply some linen, if it turns up as a tithe requirement (it would, of course, be nice if it didn't).
• Remember guys that we can tithe multiple times even consecutively at each shrine. There are diminishing returns, but it may be worth our while to plan 2 or 3 tithes at every shrine. --Hephaestus 22:00, 23 February 2009 (EST)

By claiming something you agree to farm the tithe for the entire group. We're going to about 20 shrines, so 2-3 / person should work well. I've probably missed some shrines. Feel free to add them, or change/remove any of the existing ones.

Also, maybe we should put up a warehouse. We're talking a lot of stuff here, and this is just round one out of three...

Total weight is 6983 debens. Unless someone else has greater than 1500 carry weight, we only have 5500 carry total, leaving 1483. We should probably carry the FB-Adn stuff with us then stop in camp for the SW stuff.
