- Notes/Conclusions: Even though previous tests show that mini palmetto and the hopeful con -weakness stat combo can either increase or
decrease quality. I was curious to see the effect this time around. In User:Mosen/Incense/Tests/Resin/5:Resin Test #5 the drop is dramatic.
