A hidden skill related to the operation of a Raeli Oven. You will automatically learn it and gain levels in it by baking tiles in an oven.
The exact mechanisms are still not understood, but in general it seems a higher skill improves the dredging rate.
Hypothesis: Skill level is int(log2(total tiles baked) - 0.58):
