This building becomes available once you have learned the The Science of Color skill.

Built inside a Compound, taking 11 X 11 cells.

The Pigment Laboratory makes paint out of 11 base ingredients and 4 catalysts.

Batch Paint Maker - Allows one to make 10 or 100 paint at a time, assuming the required resources are present.
