I'm skeptical about the need to include a column for Honey flavor on this page. In my experience Honey flavor is based entirely on the honey that is added, not on the action of the yeast. UPDATE: Okay, yeah, I'm definitely getting small amounts of Honey flavor from malt-only recipes using Y-82. So yeah, forget everything I said, I'm convinced that yeast does in fact produce Honey flavor. -- Hekatef
