Overview
A Steam Shovel is a large building for automated harvesting of Dirt, Cuttable Stones, and Medium Stones.
Source
This building becomes available after the Stone Automation technology is learned at a University of Architecture.

Built on a Small Construction Site. Must be located on Dirt.
Use
Fueled by Petroleum. Consumes 16 per Teppy-hour. The maximum capacity of 350 Petroleum will last about a real day. More fuel can be added while the Steam Shovel is running.
May be tuned, and accepts a Springbox.
