Tinder is thinly shaven wood, used to light fires in a Firepit.
Source
Made from 1 Wood with the Carving level 1 skill using a Knife:Flint or better.
1 Wood = 1 Tinder with a 30 second Focus timer between whittles.
Use
Tinder can be used to start a Firepit using the Firebuilding skill. Successfully lighting a Firepit will consume the tinder; failed attempts will occasionally waste the tinder as well.
