Built in a Compound. Uses 3x3 cells (Note Windproof Incense Burner (below) is built Outside).
Windproof Incense Burner
Windproof is the exact same thing as Incense Burner, except it is built Outside (Esc, Projects Menu). Same materials for 'Normal' version. 'Long-Burning' version requires a Huge Quartz instead of a large one.
