Explosives Safety Act
No Player may ride a chariot, travel to/from an expedition site, Spouse-warp, use Wings of Horus, or use waypoint travel while carrying Volatile Explosives.
Trial accounts or players level 10 and under may not pick up or carry Volatile Explosives, or be given Volatile Explosives.
Fuses for detonation CHARGES (not boxes) can only be assembled by a Demi-Pharaoh who has not been explicitly stripped of their ban power. This law is written to protect chariots and expedition sites from explosives, and most acts of deliberate damage from explosives, while still allowing legitimate uses of volatile explosives (i.e. Research, skill-ups in explosives handling)
